Sirius Staffing is seeking multiple Manufacturing Analyst positions in Whitsett, NC.
Schedule:
Sun - Thurs,11:00pm - 7:00am .
Summary:
The Manufacturing Engineer Analyst is responsible for supporting and optimizing production processes, systems, and product configurations within a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on improving efficiency, maintaining accurate system data (SAP/BOM), and ensuring smooth production operations through engineering analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and control engineering specifications and product configurations.

Manage and update Bill of Materials (BOM) and Engineering Change (EC) data.

Support product setup and routing using SAP (HANA / S4) and internal systems.

Analyze manufacturing processes and develop process improvements.

Configure systems such as label design and Zebra printers for production.

Collaborate with global engineering and production teams for product launches.

Support new product introduction (NPI) and troubleshooting activities.

Lead or assist with continuous improvement (Lean manufacturing) projects.

Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.

Updating SAP with product structures, routing, and standard times.

Supporting production lines when configuration or system issues arise.

Analyzing process flow, line balance, and manufacturing efficiency.

Working cross-functionally with engineering, ops, and quality teams.

Handling urgent production needs and engineering changes.

Basic QualificationsAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in: Manufacturing EngineeringIndustrial EngineeringEngineering Technology (or related field)2-3+ years of relevant experienceExperience in electronics or server manufacturing preferred
Knowledge of:
SAP / ERP
systemsBOM managementManufacturing processes and workflowsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsNice-to-Have / Related SkillsLean manufacturing / continuous improvementProcess analysis (time studies, line balancing)CAD or layout tools (for process optimization)Understanding of assembly, testing, and packaging processesSirius Staffing is an equal opportunity employer.
