Purpose and Scope The primary role of the Engineering Intern will be to assist the Engineering department in project work pertaining to both Manufacturing and Process Engineering within the Keene plant. This position is a temporary position ending in September 2027. Responsibilities Provide support for Engineering within the plant. This includes but is not limited to: Observing/evaluating processes when required to establish accurate Assist with continuous improvement projects Implement engineering solutions to systemic problems Technical/Functional Skills Currently enrolled in a Bachelor degree program for Engineering or a related science Strong communication skills (verbal & written) and customer service oriented Highly organized and process-oriented Strong PC skills (MS Office) Analytical Project management experience US Citizenship or Green Card holder All qualified applicants shall be treated equally according to their individual qualifications, abilities, experiences and other employment standards.
