As a Packaging Engineer, you will be part of the Packaging Development Department supporting the Packaging Innovation Team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

$20/hr - $23/hr What's the Job? Assemble packaging prototypes for consumer testing to ensure quality and functionality. Participate in managing the development of new tooling to support innovative packaging solutions. Understand and learn how to coordinate with Division, Operations, and Vendors to meet project goals. Adhere to key project deadlines and push division efforts to ensure successful launches. Learn and apply knowledge of packaging specifications, testing procedures, and troubleshooting technical issues. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline. 1-3 years of proven experience in package engineering and development, preferably in cosmetics, consumer goods, or related fields. Strong PC skills, including MS Office, PowerPoint, and CAD software. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite is preferred. Strong understanding of the packaging production process with meticulous attention to design details and quality. What's in it for me?
