Purpose of Role:

Work with cross-department teams to design solutions for both standard and custom projects. 1.

Core Responsibilities Outline:

1.01 Shop Drawing A. Overseeing drafting process to ensure all the correct details are covered B. Review revisions to align with client's requirements 1.02 Work Order Generation A. Review project details and scope to ensure completeness and to confirm there are no issues or conflicts B. Ensure project details and scope align with quoted solution C. Gather additional information and resolve conflicts as necessary D. Liaise with Purchasing in regard to custom items and solutions created E. Act as a resource for internal teams by answering technical questions and suggesting potential solutions for complex requirements F. Create factory work orders using MetroWall standard procedures and software G. Produce installation guidelines including 3D model H. Respond to questions and resolve problems that arise pertaining to the manufacturing or installation of the project 1.03 Custom Solution A. Research for all potential options B. Develop solutions integrates with MetroWall products C. Create engineering documents for manufacturing and installation process D. Produce CNC code and conduct mock-up with manufacturing team 2. Additional Responsibility 2.01 Work with all members of the MetroWall team to deliver a level of customer service that exceeds the expectations of our customers 2.02 Assist sales team personnel in selecting solutions for clients 2.03 Continuously improve existing/new internal processes and deliverables 2.04 Obtain thorough understanding of MetroWall products and their capabilities in order to provide support to other teams/team members

$65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
