Experience:

5-10 years in supplier quality, quality assurance, or related engineering discipline What you would do Typical responsibilities could include: Developing and implementing supplier quality agreements, specifications, and inspection protocols aligned with engineering and manufacturing standards Conducting supplier audits, assessments, and quality reviews to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements Coordinating with engineering, procurement, and manufacturing teams to define acceptance criteria, testing protocols, and corrective action processes Managing supplier performance metrics, quality documentation, and traceability across the supply chain Investigating quality issues, root causes, and non-conformances; implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) Maintaining quality management system (QMS) documentation and supplier qualification records Supporting design reviews and manufacturing processes to anticipate and prevent supply-chain quality risks What you could bring Most roles of this type require the following: Must-have 5-10 years of experience in supplier quality, quality engineering, quality assurance, or manufacturing engineering Working knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), ISO 9001, and quality standards relevant to manufacturing or product development Experience conducting supplier audits, managing supplier performance, and implementing corrective actions Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to document and communicate quality findings Proficiency with quality tools, statistical methods, and root-cause analysis (such as 5-Why, Fishbone, or FMEA) Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent field experience Authorization to work in the United States Nice-to-have 1-2 years leading or mentoring quality or manufacturing teams Experience with CAD systems or design specification documentation Familiarity with regulatory standards such as

FDA, ISO
