1-2 years leading or mentoring quality teams What you would do Typical responsibilities could include: Managing supplier audits, assessments and corrective action tracking to maintain compliance with quality management systems (QMS) and design standards Coordinating design reviews, design of experiments and process capability studies with suppliers Investigating quality issues in the field and manufacturing, and driving root cause analysis and supplier corrective actions Developing and maintaining supplier scorecards, performance metrics and improvement initiatives Supporting design engineers and procurement with supplier selection, qualification and on-boarding Communicating quality expectations and regulatory requirements (e.g. design controls, traceability) to manufacturing partners Working with cross-functional teams to resolve system integration and field application challenges What you could bring Most roles of this type require the following: Must-have 5-10 years of experience in supplier quality, manufacturing quality or quality assurance roles Working knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), ISO standards (e.g.
ISO 9001, ISO 13485
) and design control processes Experience with corrective and preventive action (CAPA) systems, auditing and supplier performance management Familiarity with CAD tools, testing protocols and design specifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Industrial Engineering Authorization to work in the United States Nice-to-have 1-2 years leading or mentoring quality teams Certification in quality management (e.g.
ASQ CQE, CQA
