We are seeking a Supplier Quality Manager to join our engineering team, playing a critical role in ensuring that our suppliers meet rigorous quality standards and deliver components that support our product excellence. • Quality Assurance Systems What you would do Typical responsibilities could include: Managing supplier quality agreements and performance metrics Conducting supplier audits and assessments to verify compliance with quality standards Developing and implementing corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes Coordinating with engineering and procurement on quality requirements and technical specifications Maintaining quality management system (QMS) documentation and records Analyzing supplier performance data and identifying improvement opportunities Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain Communicating quality expectations and feedback to suppliers What you could bring Most roles of this type require the following: 5-10 years of experience in supplier quality, quality assurance, or related quality management roles Working knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and quality standards Experience conducting supplier audits and managing supplier relationships Familiarity with manufacturing processes and field application experience Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent field experience 1-2 years of experience leading teams or managing quality initiatives Authorization to work in the United States Nice-to-have qualifications include ASQ certifications (CQE, CSQE), experience with CAD systems, and familiarity with design standards and testing protocols.
