1-2 years leading or coordinating quality teams What you would do Typical responsibilities could include: Managing supplier quality performance, including audits, corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives Developing and maintaining supplier quality agreements, scorecards and KPIs aligned with company standards Investigating and resolving quality issues, non-conformances and field failures in collaboration with suppliers and internal engineering teams Overseeing supplier compliance with QMS requirements, design standards and regulatory obligations Coordinating with procurement, engineering and operations to support on-time delivery and quality targets Leading or mentoring quality team members involved in supplier oversight, documentation or compliance activities Maintaining quality records, traceability documentation and supplier audit trails to support regulatory and
ISO 13485
