We are looking to build our supplier quality capability with a Supplier Quality Specialist who could take ownership of quality assurance and compliance across our supplier network. • Manufacturing What you would do Typical responsibilities could include: Developing and implementing supplier qualification criteria aligned with engineering and quality standards Conducting supplier audits, assessments and quality system reviews to verify compliance with design and manufacturing specifications Managing supplier scorecards, performance metrics and quality KPIs to track compliance and identify improvement opportunities Coordinating corrective action requests (CARs) and non-conformance resolution with suppliers Collaborating with engineering, procurement and operations teams to address quality issues and prevent field failures Leading cross-functional meetings to resolve supplier quality concerns and drive continuous improvement Documenting quality findings, audit results and supplier performance data in the QMS Supporting supplier on-boarding and helping establish quality baselines for new supply relationships Mentoring junior quality team members and contributing to team capability development What you could bring Most roles of this type require the following: Must-have 5-10 years of supplier quality, quality engineering or manufacturing quality experience Demonstrated expertise in quality management systems (QMS) and supplier audit methodologies Knowledge of design standards, manufacturing processes and testing protocols Experience with CAD review, design control and specification verification Proficiency in corrective action management and non-conformance handling 1-2 years leading or mentoring quality team members Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field Authorization to work in the United States Nice-to-have Experience with automotive, medical device, aerospace or regulated manufacturing environments Familiarity with

ISO 9001, ISO
