- What you´ll do
- + Create, coordinate supplier complaints, 8D feedback, 8D effectiveness, ensuring closure of actions, communicate lessons-learnt + Train and support supplier complaint coordinators in use of SCMS system, incl.
escalation support where needed
+ Extract and analyze suppliers' complaint report and identify opportunities for improvement
+ Support SQ&D in selection/ onboarding of suppliers (e.g., trial production and approval etc.) and joint development programs
+ Support the SQ&D team to apply the global strategy and program in the region
+ Support site activities related to RM as internal RM audit / RM SQC activities/ RM NCMR activities
- What makes you a good fit
- + Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related field with 3+ years in Quality or Supplier Management Experience in ISO 9001, and Statistical Quality Control (SQC) + Experience in auditing, SCMS, supplier onboarding, and complaint resolution + Proficient in problem-solving tools such as 8D, root cause analysis, and statistical data review + Strong communication and collaboration skills, including experience working with cross-functional teams + ERP/SAP user experience and willingness to travel; FMCG or Automotive experience is a plus •Some benefits of joining Henkel•+ •

- $85,000.00 and $95,000.00
- This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting.
In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate's skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
