$60,000-$70,000 based on experience | Direct Hire, Full-Time, Salaried We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Engineer with strong AutoCAD 2D drafting skills to create shop drawings and technical documentation for retail signage, fixtures, millwork, cabinetry, and interior décor. Key Responsibilities Create detailed AutoCAD shop drawings from architectural plans, elevations, renderings, and site surveys. Prepare production drawings for retail fixtures, signage, cabinetry, millwork, and décor. Collaborate with production, engineering, and project teams to ensure designs are accurate and manufacturable. Troubleshoot drawing/product issues and manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Qualifications Required:

AutoCAD 2D experience/certification in architectural, mechanical, or engineering drafting.

Preferred:

Experience drafting cabinetry, millwork, interior décor/designs, or construction drawings. Associate or bachelor's degree in drafting, architecture, engineering, or related field preferred. Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop and Microsoft Office experience a plus. Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. Additional Details 100% on-site at the Fairfield, OH office. Start time between 7:00-8:30 AM , Monday-Friday. U.S. work authorization required.
