This is an opportunity to take ownership of complex electrical designs from concept through production while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, high-performance products.

ResponsibilitiesLead electrical component-level design, schematic capture, and PCB layout activitiesDesign and develop analog, digital, and high-speed circuit solutionsDevelop embedded hardware and software utilizing PIC or similar microcontrollersSupport system architecture and compute hardware integration effortsDesign and implement high-speed interconnects including PCIe, Ethernet, USB, I2C, UART, and related interfacesApply best practices for signal integrity, power sequencing, hot-plug functionality, and EMI/EMC performanceCreate and maintain engineering documentation, BOMs, test plans, and design reportsSupport prototype development, design verification testing DVT, and production testingCollaborate with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams throughout the product lifecycleEnsure designs meet customer requirements, regulatory standards, and compliance objectivesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related disciplineProfessional experience in electrical hardware design and developmentStrong experience with schematic capture and PCB layoutExpertise in analog, digital, and high-speed circuit designExperience with embedded systems and microcontroller-based designsWorking knowledge of PCIe, Ethernet, USB, I2C, UART, and similar interfacesProficiency with Altium Designer or comparable ECAD toolsExperience developing BOMs, technical documentation, and engineering reportsStrong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skillsPreferredMaster's degree in Electrical EngineeringExperience with FPGAsFamiliarity with Intel and AMD processor architecturesExperience working with Linux-based systemsKnowledge of EMI/EMC design and compliance testingExperience supporting ruggedized, industrial, aerospace, or defense electronicsExperience with DVT, manufacturing validation, and production test developmentFamiliarity with MIL-STD requirements and regulatory complianceWhat We're Looking ForSelf-motivated engineer with a hands-on approachStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to interpret customer specifications, statements of work, and technical requirementsComfortable working in laboratory and manufacturing environmentsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. when neededCompensation and Benefits$150,000 Annual Base SalaryPerformance-Based BonusMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401k with Company MatchPaid Time Off and Paid HolidaysLife and Disability InsuranceCareer Development and Growth OpportunitiesStable, collaborative, and innovation-driven work environmentIf you are an Electrical Engineer looking for a new role, please apply and send your resume to: Kelly.
