Key Responsibilities Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Support departmental operations, projects, and business initiatives. Assist with technology support, troubleshooting, hardware/software setup, and system maintenance. Collect, analyze, and report data to support business decisions and process improvements. Create and maintain documentation, training materials, reports, and presentations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing initiatives. Research industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Participate in continuous improvement efforts and recommend process enhancements. Complete and present a capstone project highlighting findings, recommendations, and results. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Learning Opportunities Through this internship/cooperative, you may have the opportunity to: Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Systems Engineering, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Enrolled as a student throughout the co-op period. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams). Required Qualifications Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in industrial engineering , Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Systems Engineering, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Enrolled as a student during the internship/cooperative period. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams). Preferred Qualifications Previous internship, co-op, work, leadership, volunteer, or project experience. Experience or coursework with relevant software, tools, or systems. Strong organizational and time management skills.

Work Environment Work Location:
This position is primarily onsite; however, hybrid work opportunities may be available based on role requirements, performance, and business needs.
I nternship/Cooperative duration:
January-July or June-December Estimated hours per week: 40 hours Physical requirements: Work is performed primarily in an office setting, with occasional responsibilities requiring hands-on support in sample shop environments.
