What you´ll do Create, coordinate supplier complaints, 8D feedback, 8D effectiveness, ensuring closure of actions, communicate lessons-learnt Train and support supplier complaint coordinators in use of SCMS system, incl. escalation support where needed Extract and analyze suppliers' complaint report and identify opportunities for improvement Support SQ&D in selection/ onboarding of suppliers (e.g., trial production and approval etc.) and joint development programs Support the SQ&D team to apply the global strategy and program in the region Support site activities related to RM as internal RM audit / RM SQC activities/ RM NCMR activities What makes you a good fit Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related field with 3+ years in Quality or Supplier Management Experience in ISO 9001, and Statistical Quality Control (SQC) Experience in auditing, SCMS, supplier onboarding, and complaint resolution Proficient in problem-solving tools such as 8D, root cause analysis, and statistical data review Strong communication and collaboration skills, including experience working with cross-functional teams ERP/SAP user experience and willingness to travel; FMCG or Automotive experience is a plus Some benefits of joining
