Job Responsibilities:
Under general supervision, the Co-Op will be assisting the Packaging Engineering Manager with the following duties:
- Review Packaging Issues and assist in identifying solutions.
- Perform Time Studies/Packaging Process Observations & Reviews.
- Review or modify CAD Drawings.
- Develop, Implement, and Update Documentation.
- Work Closely with Production Employees to gather data.
Job Qualifications:
- Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Packaging, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Supply Chain Engineering or a related field.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills required.
- Ability to clearly communicate with various levels of employees and vendors.
- Must have own means of reliable Transportation and Communication.
- Must be able to work onsite in any Mfg.
facility in and around New Bremen, OH.
