Job Description Insight Global is looking for an Industrial Engineer in Parma, Ohio. The main project that is being focused on is launching automated AFTs into the plant. The engineer is going to be heavily working cross-functionally with internal teams and suppliers to develop plans to get these projects launched. Plans include working with layouts and changing layout plans as needed, achieving buy-in from the plant to install and having an overall baseline of general standards in the automotive industrial industry. % breakdown: 80% upfront Planning of the project 20% being on the floor executing the project $40/hr to $45/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
