Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities Oversee quality control of supplied products within the order fulfillment process. Address and resolve any supplier quality issues that arise in the plant. Collaborate with suppliers during product development to support advanced quality planning. Focus on cost efficiency and producibility during product development stages. Conduct supplier evaluations to ensure ongoing adherence to quality standards. Manage supplier process changes, initiating and coordinating corrective actions to maintain agreed quality levels. Lead the sampling inspection process, making decisive judgments on sample acceptance or rejection. Coordinate claim management during series production. Act as an escalation point to agree on and implement remedial action plans until resolution. Train suppliers on APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) and PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) requirements. Ensure suppliers' adherence to agreed quality planning and approval processes. Your Qualifications Bachelor's degree in an engineering related field and 1 year of experience. Proven experience as a Supplier Quality Engineer or similar role. Strong understanding of quality assurance processes and techniques, including APQP and PPAP. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and suppliers. Experience in supplier evaluation and corrective action management.
