Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Process Engineer to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing SOPs, and optimizing forging processes that drive product quality, efficiency, and safety. Your expertise will ensure that our forging operations meet the highest standards of precision and reliability while embracing continuous improvement initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge industrial equipment and advanced manufacturing techniques in a fast-paced environment dedicated to excellence. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and optimize processes utilizing CAD software such as SolidWorks, Creo, and AutoCAD to design tooling, dies, and fixtures. Conduct root cause analysis on process deviations or defects to identify underlying issues and implement corrective actions. Program and troubleshoot robotics, CNC machines, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and vision inspection systems to enhance automation efficiency. Collaborate with process engineering teams to improve manufacturing workflows through lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement strategies. Oversee fabrication, tooling setup, welding, and assembly line operations ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality specifications aligned with
ISO 9001
standards. Perform detailed schematics and schematic reviews for industrial equipment, automation systems, and factory layout planning. Lead factory experience projects involving plastics injection molding, CNC programming, CAM programming, and industrial equipment maintenance. Experience Proven experience in manufacturing facility operations with a focus on forging or metal forming processes. Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by hands-on factory experience in fabrication, tooling, welding, robotics, and assembly line processes. Familiarity with CAD/CAM software including SolidWorks, Creo, AutoCAD, and vision inspection systems for process design and quality control. Demonstrated ability in project scheduling, process engineering, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies. Knowledge of industrial engineering principles related to factory layout optimization and process automation. Experience working with CNC programming, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), Schematics, PLC programming, and industrial equipment maintenance is highly desirable.
