Lancaster, Pennsylvania job type: Permanent salary: $120,000 - 130,000 per year work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Serve as the site process leader driving continuous and process improvement initiatives across a newly established, highly automated distribution center. Conduct throughput analysis, optimize product flow, and analyze human movements to maximize operational efficiency and safety. Collaborate closely with site leadership, manual operators, and external vendors to streamline warehouse workflows and system operations. Leverage leadership by influence to implement lean practices, eliminate bottlenecks, and enhance overall site productivity. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to support ongoing facility ramp-up and project milestones.
