As an Industrial Engineer supporting Breakers & Modules, you'll drive efficiency, innovation, and quality across production operations. In this role, you'll collaborate with diverse teams across engineering, production, and quality to create smarter, more agile manufacturing systems. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines. How you'll make an impact Analyze manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities Design and optimize production layouts, workflows, and material handling systems Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and technical documentation Conduct time, motion, and capacity studies to improve resource utilization Partner with cross-functional teams to introduce new products and processes lean tools like 5S, Kaizen, and value stream mapping for continuous improvement Monitor KPIs and drive improvements in efficiency, quality, and waste reduction Support root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions Your background Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or related engineering field 3-5 years of experience in industrial engineering or mechanical engineering within manufacturing Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methods Experience with process mapping, time studies, and facility layout design Proficiency with CAD tools such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills More about us Join a global leader advancing a sustainable energy future Grow through continuous learning, mentorship, and career development programs Work in an inclusive culture that values collaboration, innovation, and diverse perspectives What We Offer Comprehensive Health Coverage- Medical, dental, vision, and prescription plans Retirement Savings
