Job Description

Job Summary:
Provide support for the Engineering department's required day-to-day operations. Assist Engineering Manager and Technicians while performing daily assigned tasks in an office environment.
Education & Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent required, associate degree preferred. Engineering background
Responsibilities:
Maintain production incentives; collect daily production reports, enter production data into spreadsheets generating operating efficiencies and bonus eligibility for individual operators and production teams. Utilizing engineering excel spreadsheets to cost and track custom embellishments for cheer and gymnastics customer quotes/orders. Setup embellishments in EngineeredTruCost (ETC) as quotes become orders. Enter embellishment raw material costs and stock with embellishment costs into ERP for Special and Custom orders. Other tasks as assigned
Job Competencies/Success Factors:
Strong computer and basic math skills. Proficient in MS Office with an emphasis on Excel. Dependable detail-oriented team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Initiative and the ability to work with minimal direct supervision. Knowledge of basic garment construction and sewing methodology preferred, but not required. Basic understanding of garment patterns and bundle layouts preferred, but not required. Strong organizational skills.
Physical Demands:
Manual dexterity of fingers and hands to use keyboard and office equipment. Frequent sitting. Occasional standing and walking.
Work Environment:
General office environment with standard office equipment Exposure to varying office temperatures and distractions
Pay:
$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
