Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100 of the time.

BAE systems in Nashua NH is looking for a Semiconductor Operations Industrial Engineer. We are leading a microelectronics revolution and want highly motivated, driven individuals to join our team. We are looking for someone to help us continue our journey towards Operational Excellence. We believe we are better together and stress team work across all functions and roles.
Some initial tasks will support the below objectives:
Capacity modeling of fab tools.
Training Infrastructure improvements
7S support/leadership
Cycle time reduction
OEE implementation
Automating data analysis/visualization
Operations documentation - creation of an
OPS PLAYBOOK.
Quality/Operations support through minimization of wafer handling and misprocessing events.
Lot scheduling tools using excel and Python.
Support the creation of functionally effective dashboards.
KPI creation for operations floor.
Support Continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related degree
2+ years' experience in the Manufacturing industry in engineering capacity
Ability to work in clean room environment wearing full smock
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Project management
SQL
Tableau
Python programming language
Advanced Excel capabilities
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range:
$97008 - $164914
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
