You'll Support Meaningful Work By:
- Analyzing manufacturing processes, labor utilization, and production performance to identify opportunities that improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.
- Leading Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives that eliminate waste and deliver measurable operational results.
- Designing and optimizing manufacturing processes, workflows, and workstations to improve productivity and operational effectiveness.
- Supporting facility layout, material flow, material handling, and ergonomic improvements that enhance operational performance and employee safety.
- Coordinating cross-functional projects to successfully implement operational improvements and manufacturing solutions.
- Utilizing data, metrics, and performance measures to identify trends, support decision-making, and drive continuous improvement efforts.
- Providing technical support to manufacturing operations by identifying root causes and implementing sustainable solutions that improve performance.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations engineering, industrial engineering, continuous improvement, or a related field.
- Experience analyzing operational or manufacturing processes and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Experience working with data, metrics, and reporting tools to support decision-making and process improvement.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience leading or participating in cross-functional projects.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related technical field.
