This role owns bottle development, supplier qualification, shrink sleeve decoration, and packaging design, and serves as a liaison with packaging teams across the globe on international projects. Strong communication skills are critical, and flexibility for early morning and late-night calls with global teams is required. The role is onsite with a hybrid schedule. Responsibilities Develop primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging for new product launches Coordinate and complete qualification of new package designs and materials Develop and maintain packaging component specifications Lead bottle development and shrink sleeve decoration projects Qualify new packaging suppliers and materials Act as liaison with global packaging teams on international projects Support packaging design and continuous improvement initiatives Requirements BS degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Engineering Sciences 5-10+ years of consumer goods packaging experience (food & beverage, pet, personal care, or household); no medical device/pharma Working knowledge of corrugated containers, folding cartons, plastic bottles, flexible packaging, thermoformed packaging, and injection molding Experience with supplier qualification and component specification development Six Sigma training or Green Belt certification preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills U.S. citizenship required #GRPB Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled.
