Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in the chemical processing industry, is seeking a Process Engineer to join their team. As a Process Engineer, you will be part of the Process Engineering department supporting operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pasadena, Texas (Remote work options available) What's the Job? Develop and implement a comprehensive Process Engineering strategy aligned with the company's long-term goals. Support integrity management of critical equipment, including periodic reviews and maintenance planning. Assist in the development of a five-year capital plan and long-term process improvement strategies. Write and implement Management of Change (MOC) procedures, including capital projects and process safety reviews. Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to troubleshoot operational issues and optimize processes for efficiency and safety. What's Needed? Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field. Experience in process development, optimization, and safety management within a chemical or industrial environment. Strong understanding of process safety, equipment integrity, and regulatory compliance. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to analyze process data, identify trends, and implement improvements. What's in it for me?
