As a valued member of our engineering team, you'll work alongside skilled professionals, contribute to impactful projects, and support key plant objectives in safety, quality, delivery, and cost. You'll also play an active role in continuous improvement efforts rooted in the Toyota Production System (TPS). Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assist engineers in solving manufacturing challenges for both new and existing products. Support the design and development of tooling, mechanisms, and equipment for metalworking and other manufacturing processes. Collaborate with associates across all skill levels and functions. Create and update database records as needed. Provide engineering support in areas such as scrap reduction, productivity improvements (using Lean tools), machine builds, and quality enhancements. Work closely with management, engineering teams, technicians, production, machine shop, maintenance, and factory support groups.
