• Associate Structural Engineer
• with strong technical curiosit

In this role, you'll work with a team of experienced engineers to deliver projects, solve complex challenges, and take on increasing responsibility in engineering analysis, design, and project coordination. As a continuing developmental Engineer-in-Training (EIT), you'll apply established engineering principles, contribute to practical design solutions, and continue building the technical and professional skills needed for long-term career growth.

• Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• + Design Solutions by developing calculations, models, and construction documents to deliver safe, practical industrial facilities.

+ Deliver Projects by supporting design, coordination, and project documentation for successful project outcomes. + Solve Challenges by applying engineering principles and collaborating with experienced engineers to develop effective solutions. + Collaborate Across Teams with engineers, designers, clients, and contractors to advance project goals. + Grow Your Expertise through hands-on experience with structural analysis, design software, and real-world projects. + Support Quality Delivery by preparing calculations, reports, and documentation that meet project requirements. + Develop Others by mentoring interns and sharing technical knowledge. + Gain Field Experience through site visits that verify conditions and support design and construction activities.

• You bring to the team:
• + Strong communication skills.

+ Ability to contribute and work well with a team. + Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. + Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering with a Structural emphasis. + A minimum of one year of engineering experience. + Must possess an Engineer Intern (EI) certificate. + Experience developing detailed 3D models and construction documentation in Autodesk Revit. + Familiar with ACAD Software, RISA 3D, EnerCalc, MS Excel, and Hilti/Dewalt design. \#LI-DD1
