Job Description

CTG is seeking to fill a Production Support Analyst position for our client.
Location:
Dallas, TX Duration:
12 months
Duties:
Support day-to-day production operations and production applications. Monitor processes, troubleshoot issues, and perform issue triage and escalation. Analyze data, identify patterns, and assist with problem resolution. Develop and use Python scripts for automation, troubleshooting, and support. Collaborate with developers, technical teams, business users, and stakeholders. Identify opportunities to improve production support processes.
Skills:
Python scripting, automation, and troubleshooting. Production support and application support fundamentals. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Data analysis and pattern identification. Excellent attention to detail and communication skills. Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently.
Experience:
Entry-level technology support experience or strong foundational knowledge of IT/technology. Experience with production monitoring, issue triage, escalation, or technical support is a plus. Willingness to learn production support tools, processes, and business workflows.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
