Job Description

Temp-to-Permanent Opportunity | $40-$45/hour First-class opportunity to start on a project-based role focused on the accurate and timely creation, review, validation, and closure of AS9102 First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs), while gaining valuable exposure to high-profile aerospace and defense programs. Based on sustained performance, demonstrated capability, and assignment availability, the employee may be considered for conversion to a permanent FAI / Supplier Performance Engineer role with broader responsibilities supporting supplier quality, manufacturing, delivery, and program execution. This is a customer-facing role requiring strong technical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively across customer, supplier, and internal teams.

Conversion to permanent employment will be reviewed and considered after a period of 6 months continuous work, creating an exciting opportunity for long-term career growth within Verify.
The ideal candidate will have:
At least 5 years of recent aerospace manufacturing, inspection, engineering, or quality experience At least 2 years of hands-on experience creating, reviewing, approving, or validating FAIRs Strong knowledge of AS9102, engineering drawings, GD&T, specifications, certifications, and objective evidence Excellent attention to detail, technical judgment, communication skills, and customer-facing professionalism The ability to travel to customer, supplier, or manufacturing locations, including occasional overnight travel Permanent employees may expand into supplier quality, corrective action, supplier recovery, audit support, manufacturing, delivery, and other rapid-deployment assignments, providing the opportunity to broaden their expertise and support critical aerospace and defense programs. Pay:
$40.00 - $45.00 per hour
