Responsibilities Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on mechanical systems, ovens, HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, and machines to ensure optimal operation. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to appliance repair, HVAC & refrigeration systems, and mechanical systems using schematics and technical manuals. Install motors, oven components, and mechanical equipment following safety protocols and manufacturer specifications. Conduct diagnostics on systems to identify malfunctions; repair or replace faulty parts efficiently. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and system performance logs. Operate company vehicles responsibly for on-site service calls or equipment transportation as needed. Collaborate with team members to lead maintenance projects, support construction or renovation efforts, and improve operational procedures. Qualifications Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in machine/oven repair, system repair, refrigeration, or mechanical systems maintenance. Knowledge of schematics, technical drawings, and HVAC & appliance technology to accurately diagnose issues. Hands-on experience with installation, equipment maintenance, electrical systems, and equipment repair. Mechanical knowledge combined with experience in maintenance, repair & operations (MRO), construction projects or facility upkeep. Ability to operate company vehicles safely while adhering to all transportation regulations. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
