Job Description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
    Informatica:
    Strong experience in Informatica MDM Hub Console 10.5(good to have), IDD, SIF, Match/Merge rules, and provisioning tool, IDQ10.5(good to have), putty.
      SQL:
      Should be good in writing SQL queries (Oracle DB) as this will be needed for data analysis and troubleshooting.
        Scripting:
        Good to have UNIX Shell scripting knowledge as this will be required to analyze scripts for any IDQ or MDM job failures.
        • Must Have Dynatrace - Working experience in settingup , debugging issues using Dynatrace , familiarty with DQL must have
        Autosys and MFT:
        Experienced in third party scheduling tool like Autosys, and file transfer tools like IBM Sterling Integrator.
        • Springboot( able to debug Microservice issues),Informatica Power Center Admin
        • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly MDM batch jobs for data loading and synchronization, resolving data pipeline failures, and identifying issues.
        • Troubleshoot and fix issues/incidents related to data, failed batch jobs, data loading errors, and user-reported bugs.
        • Analysis (RCA) of recurring production incidents and implement permanent, proactive fixes to prevent recurrence.
        • Collaborate with business stakeholders and data stewards to understand data requirements and ensure alignment with data governance policies.
        • Analyze large data sets to detect anomalies, data errors, and duplicates in the system. Prepare processes for data corrections in MDM.
        • Monitor and maintain real-time and batch data interfaces between the MDM and its spoke systems using APIs, REST/SOAP services, SIF API, or
        IDQ /ETL
        tools
        • Basic scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, or similar) for automation of routine support tasks.
        • Roles & Responsibilities Hands-on experience with the Informatica
        MDM /ETL /ID
        Domain experience in auto finance, commercial finance, or captive finance — understanding of loan/lease lifecycle, funding, billing, and collections.
        • Experience working in an onshore/offshore delivery model with distributed teams across time zones.
        • Ability to interpret and write SQL queries for data investigation and validation.
        • Understanding of
        REST/SOAP API
        concepts for troubleshooting integration issues.
        • Familiarity with incident and change management tools (ServiceNow, Jira, or similar).
        • Strong client-facing communication skills; able to translate business issues into technical actions.
        • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced AMS environment
        • Strong experience with Jenkins CI/CD pipeline development and troubleshooting.
        • Hands-on experie nce with Docker and containerized application deployment.
        • Experience working with Artifactory.
        • Practical knowledge of AWS cloud services.
        • Experience with AWS EKS and ELB.
        • Exposure to deploying React frontend applications and Java Spring Boot microservices.
        • Good understanding of DevOps best practices, release management, and automation.
        Salary Range:
        $100,000 to $125,000 per year
