  • We're looking for dependable, hands-on individuals to join our team as a
  • Crater / Warehouse Packaging Associate
•. In this role, you'll build crates, package industrial equipment, and prepare products for safe shipment around the world. If you have experience using hand tools, power tools, construction equipment, warehouse equipment, or simply enjoy working with your hands, we'd love to speak with you. Manufacturing, construction, landscaping, carpentry, shipping/receiving, and warehouse backgrounds are all encouraged to apply.

  • What You'll Do
  • + Build wooden crates and pallets to protect industrial equipment during shipment.
+ Assemble custom packaging solutions for large and small parts. + Receive materials delivered by forklift and organize them for packaging. + Palletize, pack, band, wrap, and secure products for shipment. + Use shrink-wrap and vacuum-sealing equipment to protect products during transportation and storage. + Inspect packaging to ensure quality and shipment readiness. + Safely use hand tools and power tools for crate construction and general warehouse duties. + Follow safety procedures and work instructions. + Assist with packaging, kitting, shipping, and other warehouse tasks as needed.
  • What We're Looking For
  • + Experience using hand tools or power tools.
+ Background in warehouse, manufacturing, construction, assembly, carpentry, landscaping, moving, shipping/receiving, or general labor preferred. + Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift. + Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment. + Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Willingness to work overtime when needed.
  • Preferred Experience (Not Required)
  • + Packaging, palletizing, or crating experience. + Shipping and receiving experience. + Shrink-wrapping or product packaging experience. + Working around forklifts or warehouse equipment. + Carpentry, framing, construction, or woodworking experience.

First Shift:
6:00 AM - 2:30 PM + Overtime available based on workload + Occasional Saturdays may be required + Industrial warehouse setting + Warehouse is not climate controlled; fans and heaters are provided seasonally

  • Pay and Benefits
  • The pay range for this position is $16.
00 - $16.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
