- AECOM is recruiting talented individuals to lead our Industrial Engineering team across multiple regions and offices.
- Key Responsibilities
- In this role, your expectations will include, but will not be limited to: + Manage the development of value propositions for process optimization, manufacturing and industrial advisory services + Develop data-driven insights and translate them into practical, deliverable solutions + Manage and Deliver projects and workstreams to agreed quality, cost and schedule + Apply Lean, Six Sigma and industrial engineering techniques to analyze and improve client operations + Build effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders + Contribute to business development activities, including proposals and thought leadership + Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across AECOM + Contribute to the development of best practice methods and standards + Support capability development through coaching, mentoring and knowledge sharing + •This role will include travel across the United States, as well as internationally as needed•Qualifications•
Minimum Requirements:
- + Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing or a related discipline plus 8 years of related experience, or demonstrable equivalent experience +
- Due to the nature of the role, United States Citizenship is required
Preferred Qualifications:
- + Master's Degree + Professional memberships and/or certifications will be beneficial + 15 years overall industry experience, with 3-5 years of role-specific experience + Background in manufacturing, industrial engineering, process improvement, or related operational environments + Experience working within or alongside highly regulated industries (e.
- Additionally, experience in the following areas is preferable:
- + Process mapping, analysis and optimization + Production systems, facility design or industrial operations + Data analysis and performance improvement + Project delivery and workstream management + Automation, robotics or manufacturing systems integration + Digital manufacturing, simulation or data analytics tools + Experience applying Lean principles in non-manufacturing environments
- Additional Information
- Sponsorship for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future for this position. Travel to client sites will be required across the US and, where necessary, internationally with approximately 15-20% travel. - Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The range for this position is $130000 to $187000.
