Quality Engineer I Galvion | Newport, VT Full-Time | Salaried/Exempt | 40 Hours/Week Build Quality. Improve Processes. Make an Impact. Galvion is seeking a motivated Quality Engineer I to join our Quality team within the Armor business unit. This role is ideal for an engineering professional who enjoys solving complex problems, working cross-functionally, and driving improvements in product and process quality. As a Quality Engineer I, you will work closely with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and supplier partners to ensure products and manufacturing processes meet established quality requirements. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement control plans for supplied components and manufacturing processes. Coordinate FAI and LAT testing with internal teams and suppliers. Support supplied-part approvals and new product stage-gate requirements. Manage Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs) from initiation through closure. Lead and support root-cause analysis, CAPA, and 8D problem-solving activities. Participate in
