In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing our manufacturing processes and enhancing operational efficiency. If you have a passion for problem-solving and a knack for improving systems, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains. Develop and implement strategies to enhance workflow and reduce waste. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize layouts for manufacturing facilities. Conduct time studies and process simulations to support decision-making. Utilize data analysis tools to monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our processes remain competitive. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field. Proven experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in engineering software and data analysis tools. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus.
