We are looking for an Industrial Engineer to analyze assembly processes, identify improvement opportunities, and improve productivity using Lean Manufacturing principles. Responsibilities Study assembly lines and processes to identify bottlenecks, waste, and improvement opportunities. Conduct time studies, elemental breakdowns, video time studies, and line balancing for stations and operators. Perform VA, NVA, RNVA, and Muri analysis. Develop current-state and future-state Value Stream Maps (VSM). Perform capacity analysis and establish current process baselines. Compare current and future-state processes and identify productivity improvement opportunities. Develop Level 1, 2, and 3 improvement recommendations and implementation roadmaps. Develop and update standard work instructions and video work instructions. Perform Root Cause Analysis for quality issues, defects, downtime, and process problems. Support corrective actions, Kaizen, and continuous improvement activities. Develop implementation plans for process and productivity improvements. Support fixture design based on manufacturing requirements. Required Skills Experience in Industrial Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, or Process Improvement. Hands-on experience with Time Study and Line Balancing. Experience with Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and process analysis. Knowledge of VA/NVA/RNVA, Muri, waste identification, and capacity analysis. Experience with Root Cause Analysis and corrective actions. Experience developing standard work instructions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with manufacturing and assembly processes. Preferred Skills Video time study and video work instruction experience. Kaizen and productivity improvement experience.
