Industrial Engineer (Appleton (CSLS1261), WI) | 08/31/26
Job Description Job Description & Skill Requirement:
- Study Assembly Lines/ Processes and identify areas for improvement as per Lean Principles
- Perform Time Study and Line Balancing
- Elemental breakdown, Video Time study
- All Processes (Stations & Operator), VA/NVA/RNVA analysis, Develop Current State Line Balancing, Muri Analysis
- Develop Value Stream Mapping
- Current State VSM
- Identify bottlenecks, wastes and inefficiencies, Capacity analysis and Current baselining, Future State VSM, Current state vs Future state
- Identify Process and productivity improvement opportunities for entire process with Level 1,2,3 improvement suggestions report and roadmap
- Develop/ re-write Standard work instructions, Video work instructions
- Analysis of Root Cause for the quality failures, defects, downtimes etc., and support in corrective action & Kaizen / improvement identification with detailed implementation plan
- Support in Fixture design as per requirements.
