90k-105k/yr. (based on experience) We are partnering with a growing manufacturing organization near Elkhorn, Wisconsin that supports large-scale, high-impact data center infrastructure projects. This client is seeking an Industrial Engineer to drive process improvements, optimize production efficiency, and support operational scalability across their manufacturing environment. This role offers strong visibility across engineering and operations teams and is ideal for someone who enjoys working on complex, technically demanding projects with measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase throughput, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiencyLead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other industrial engineering methodologiesDevelop and maintain standard work instructions, process documentation, and workflow layoutsConduct time studies, capacity analysis, and production planning assessmentsCollaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, quality, and supply chain teamsSupport new product introductions and production scaling tied to major data center programsIdentify cost-reduction opportunities and implement sustainable process improvementsAssist with facility layout planning, workflow optimization, and equipment utilization strategies

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field10+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environmentExperience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologiesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skillsProficiency with Microsoft Excel and engineering analysis toolsExperience supporting high-volume or complex manufacturing environments is preferredExposure to large infrastructure, electrical, or data center related products is a plus
