The ideal candidate will possess knowledge and/or experience in the following areas: Layout design, including storage areas and work cell/assembly areas Plan for every part development (PFEP) Material flow analysis Line side delivery design, planning, and implementation Process development and design Time studies Lean manufacturing principles and implementation Data analysis Visual factory Continuous improvement Error proofing The ideal candidate will possess experience with the following computer programs: Microsoft Excel and Access (must be proficient) AutoCAD or similar design software Proplanner (preferred) Factory Flow (preferred) M.O.S.T.
