This cutting-edge production facility specializes in manufacturing architectural wood doors and is currently in need of a Manufacturing Engineer. This hands-on role requires flexibility and a strong team spirit. If you are passionate about process improvement, keep reading. You will report to the Automation Engineering Manager. About the Company Major player in the architectural wood door industry $550 million organization with 800 employees, 3 divisions, and 15 manufacturing plants 157 employees in this division Production orders booked out for a year Dynamic leadership team Culture focused on safety and individual growth Benefits and Features Excellent benefits and compensation plan Employer match on 401K with 4% match, Health, Vision, Dental, Life Insurance, and Tuition Assistance Strong bonus program Paid vacation and holidays Empowering culture Work/Life Balance Business casual workplace Responsibilities Solve hands-on manufacturing problems to improve day-to-day operations Collaborate with various departments to drive process improvement Work directly with operators, supervisors, and leadership to resolve process issues Plan, design, and validate manufacturing processes Drive metrics and improvements in key constraint areas Requirements Associate degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering 3+ years of experience in an assembly operation, preferably wood products Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team Prior project management experience is desirable Excellent communication skills
Salary:
$80,000.00 - $95,000.00
