The role of Production Engineer focuses on developing, implementing, and enhancing factory processes. Serving as the link between design engineering and the production floor, you will provide the necessary manufacturing expertise to introduce new products and make processing changes to existing products. Responsibilities include maintaining production capability, improving quality, reducing costs, enhancing safety, and maximizing throughput. This position reports to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager.

Plan, support, and lead introduction of products to the manufacturing floor Develop Operation Method Standards Utilize Lean Concepts and continuous improvement techniques Troubleshoot production line problems Lead initiatives to mitigate risk, maintain ISO compliance, and reduce costs Lead design initiatives within the manufacturing process Justify capital equipment Work to advance safety and ergonomic practices
Requirements:
BS in Engineering and 1-6 years of manufacturing engineering experience Proficient in CAD, Word, Excel, and Lean/Six Sigma concepts Experience with production line layout is a plus
