Job Description

Join Our Team as a Senior Production Engineer in Milwaukee, WI! Be a part of an organization with a strong leadership team that values and appreciates its employees. This role offers excellent growth opportunities with a focus on developing, implementing, and improving factory processes. As the bridge between design engineering and the production floor, you will provide expertise in manufacturing to support the production of new products and processing changes to existing products. Responsibilities include maintaining production capability, improving quality, reducing costs, enhancing safety, and maximizing throughput. This position reports to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead setup of assembly lines and establish processes Lead introduction of products to manufacturing floor Development of Operation Method Standards Utilize Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement concepts Troubleshoot production line problems Lead initiatives for risk mitigation, ISO compliance, and cost reduction Advance safety and ergonomic practices
Requirements:
BS in Engineering, Master's degree preferred 5-12 years of experience in manufacturing engineering Proficient in CAD, Word, Excel, and Access Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma Experience in establishing assembly lines from concept to production
