As a Field Service Technician, you'll be the expert customers rely on to inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain pumping and diesel‑driven equipment. Your work will directly support critical infrastructure, customer success, and safe, reliable water movement. This is a role for someone who wants responsibility, autonomy, and meaningful impact.

- ? What You'll Be Doing
- + Performing
- routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and service
- on Godwin fleet equipment + Troubleshooting
- diesel engines, pumps, and electrical systems
- + Rebuilding diesel engines and pump ends + Assisting with
- pump system setup and start‑up
- at customer job sites + Conducting equipment damage assessments and reporting findings + Testing repaired equipment for proper function and quality + Performing preventative maintenance on company vehicles and shop equipment + Using
- computer‑based diagnostic tools
- + Participating in a
- weekly on‑call rotation
- to support customers after hours + Supporting Xylem Watermark volunteer activities
- ? Where You'll Make an Impact
- You'll operate from the Germantown service location and travel daily to customer sites throughout the region — supporting essential pumping and water movement operations across industries.
- ? Travel You Can Expect
- + •Daily travel•using a company vehicle + Home daily (no regular overnight travel indicated) •✅ What We're Looking For•+ •3-5 years of diesel, mechanical, or related technical experience•, or equivalent training + Strong understanding of mechanical repair practices, tools, and troubleshooting + Ability to diagnose both basic and complex mechanical/electrical issues + Valid driver's license with a good driving record + Ability to obtain a •DOT Medical Card•+ CDL‑B preferred (not required) + Experience with pump station electrical controls, DC circuits, and component testing is a plus + Ability to work independently and communicate professionally with customers ?

+ The estimated salary range for this position is $30 to $34/hour. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills and experience. + 20 days PTO from the start + and paid holidays
