Supplier Quality Engineer - Casting & Machining ContractC2CW2 Oshkosh, WI -

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer with experience in casting and machining, preferably aluminum castings. The role will focus on supplier quality, new product launches, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
Manage quality for casting and machined components. Work with suppliers on APQP, PPAP, audits, and engineering changes. Identify and resolve supplier quality issues using 8D, RCA, and CAPA. Support new product development, launches, and production ramp-up. Work closely with suppliers, manufacturing, and engineering teams. Drive supplier quality improvements and maintain quality standards. Travel frequently to supplier locations as required.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing or supplier quality. Hands-on experience with casting and machining. Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, CAPA, 8D, and RCA. Experience conducting supplier audits and managing supplier quality.
Preferred:
Experience with aluminum
HPDC/LPDC.
