Sanmina Turtle Lake, Wisconsin is a full-service plastic injection molding, electronics integration and design service facility. They have 50 injection molding machines and expertise with engineering-grade resins. Sanmina Turtle Lake has long standing business partnerships with both tool designers and manufacturers. This is an ITAR facility and applicants must be a US Citizen or a lawful permanent resident.•Job Purpose To provide direct support to the Process Engineering department, encompassing tasks such as the creation and updating of Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPIs), process validations, job routing validations, and job packaging techniques. The position will work directly with Process Engineers during various sampling stages, offering assistance with press operation and/or sample assembly. Nature of Duties/Responsibilities Support the documentation of all processes related to molding tool setup, equipment, and processes. Support documenting secondary operations. Ensures that molding and assembly work instructions are thoroughly documented and reflect best practices. Conduct scheduled reviews of job routings to guarantee adherence to established process and production standards. Serve as the liaison between the production and engineering departments regarding packaging and Manufacturing Process Instruction (MPI) modifications. Collaborate with the Engineering department to evaluate and optimize work cell layouts and identify potential improvements to enhance ergonomics, efficiency, and quality. Provide assistance to Process Engineering during product sampling activities, including operation of presses and secondary equipment. Serve as the primary point of contact for Manufacturing Process Instruction (MPI) updates, ensuring all related documentation is accurately maintained. Provide training to Production Trainers on new job assignments to ensure a seamless transition from the sampling phase to production. Ensure timely and accurate reporting on project activities. Actively engage with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and efficient completion of New Product Introduction projects. Provide support for Lean/Six Sigma initiatives within the facility. Actively engage with cross-functional team members, consistently demonstrating effective teamwork. Ensure all process development documents are completed in accordance with the Quality Management system to support production areas. Provide support for the implementation of all plant strategic initiatives. Optimize our packaging solutions Other duties as assigned. Education and Experience Candidates must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have experience working on a computer and be able to work proficiently without constant supervision. Strong grammar skills are also required. Experience with Oracle and Shop Vue is preferred. Experience with Word, Excel, and Google Docs is helpful.Required Training:
