Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through detailed documentation of processes and root cause analysis findings. Requirements Proven experience with mechanical engineering principles including mechanical design, fabrication, machining, and assembly. Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo or Schematics for drafting and modeling tasks. Strong knowledge of GD&T standards along with the ability to interpret schematics and technical drawings accurately. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), CNC machining processes, welding techniques, soldering, and equipment repair. Ability to perform precise measurements using calipers, micrometers, micrometer gauges, and other precision instruments. Understanding of ASME codes & standards relevant to mechanical design and manufacturing practices. Excellent problem-solving skills with experience conducting root cause analysis on mechanical failures or inefficiencies. Strong math skills essential for calculations related to mechanical design and analysis. Experience working within manufacturing environments with a focus on safety protocols and quality assurance. Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams on project scheduling and technical troubleshooting. Join us as a Mechanical Engineering Technician if you're passionate about turning innovative ideas into real-world solutions! Bring your expertise in mechanical design, fabrication techniques, troubleshooting methods, and project coordination to help us deliver high-quality results that drive progress forward.
