Roles & Responsibilities:
Performs hands on activities/tasks associated various continuous improvement projects. Tasks may include but are not limited to tool control, establishing 5S systems, supporting Kaizen projects, maintaining cleanliness of work area and facilities, and other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Participates as a team member to positively influence and enhance the safety, quality, cost and scheduling of their team.Basic Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent required with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Industrial Engineering or continuous improvement role Experience managing multiple continuous improvement projects simultaneously Must have experience collecting and evaluating data from end users Must possess a valid state driver's license with clean driving record Must be willing to travel between Oxnard and Goleta, CA sites as necessaryPreferred Qualifications:
Proficient with MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Visio Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence Good communication skills and the ability to work with others Good analytic skills Good understanding of Lean Principals Ability to lead in a team environment Able to read, comprehend and follow established written instructions without deviation Perform math and measurement functions Collect data and present it in an understandable way.Primary Level Salary Range:
$56,000.00- $93,400.
