This individual will work closely with engineers, technicians, and production teams to assemble, test, troubleshoot, and improve complex mechanical and electromechanical systems. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with technical drawings, standardized work instructions, and manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities Assemble mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical components according to engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions. Perform testing, troubleshooting, and validation of assemblies and subassemblies. Identify, document, and help resolve manufacturing and assembly issues. Support engineering teams with prototype builds, design verification, and process improvements. Collect and record production and test data accurately. Assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions related to product or process defects. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in accordance with safety and quality standards. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, quality, and productivity. Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering teams to meet production goals. Required Qualifications High School Diploma, Associate Degree or Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Technology, Electronics, Manufacturing Technology, or a related technical field; equivalent experience may be considered. 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or engineering technician role. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions. Experience using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
