You will utilize your technical expertise to ensure precision in every build, contributing directly to the reliability and performance of our advanced equipment systems. Responsibilities Execute the assembly of complex sheet metal components using a variety of hand and power tools, including drills, wrenches, and pneumatic equipment. Perform critical pressure testing on valves and sub-assemblies to verify structural integrity and operational compliance. Translate technical drawings and assembly schematics into accurate, high-quality physical builds. Maintain precise production documentation and time logs to ensure workflow transparency and project tracking. Uphold rigorous safety standards, ensuring that all equipment operation protects both yourself and your teammates. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process efficiencies and maintaining an organized, high-performance workspace. Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical blueprints and assembly diagrams. Demonstrated ability to operate mechanical hand tools and measuring instruments accurately. Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality control protocols. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative production team. Preferred Skills 1+ years of experience in a mechanical assembly or manufacturing environment. Familiarity with digital interfaces, tablets, or basic computer systems for data entry. Prior experience with pressure testing or hydraulic component assembly. Experience in aerospace or heavy equipment manufacturing sectors.
