Experienced Agricultural Equipment Service Technician We are a well-established agricultural equipment dealership with 54 years of experience serving our customers, and we are looking to add an experienced, qualified Service Technician to our team. Our dealership primarily handles agricultural equipment, including tractors, mowers, sprayers, and related equipment. We are looking for an A-level mechanic with at least 4 years of professional experience who takes pride in quality workmanship, troubleshooting, and customer service. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with: Diesel engines and engine systems Hydraulic systems Electrical and electronic systems Transmissions and drivetrains Air conditioning systems Agricultural equipment and tractors Electronic diagnostic tools and computer-based diagnostics General mechanical troubleshooting and repair You should be comfortable diagnosing problems, determining the appropriate repair, and completing the job correctly and efficiently. Experience with agricultural equipment is highly preferred, but strong mechanical experience and the ability to learn are important as well. Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Diagnose, service, and repair agricultural equipment Troubleshoot diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and other mechanical components Repair tractors, mowers, sprayers, engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, and air conditioning systems Use electronic diagnostic equipment to identify and troubleshoot problems Perform preventative maintenance and inspections Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment The Right Candidate We are looking for someone who considers themselves an A-level technician and takes ownership of their work. Because we are a retail business that works directly with customers, professional appearance, a positive attitude, good communication, and customer service are important parts of this position. Computer skills are a plus, particularly the ability to work with electronic diagnostic systems and manufacturer service information.
